Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing by the conference secretariat on or before 30 June 2026 to be eligible for a refund (less any applicable administrative and bank fees). No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 30 June 2026.

Substitutions:
Delegate substitutions are permitted at no extra charge provided that the conference secretariat is notified in writing by 30 June 2026.
